2009 Black Rock Petite Sirah

This is our 10th release of this Petite Sirah harvested from vines planted on our estate in 1997. We have 17 acres planted on St. George rootstock with the spacing of 6’ X 10’ Upright Globe training system of head training and spur pruning.

2014 Black Rock Wild Cat White

This blend was pressed using a membrane press and barrel fermented for 3 weeks. Stored in 59-gallon one year old Eastern European Oak barrels, the wine remained sur-lees for a period of eight months during which it was stirred every two weeks.
